Ralph helped us figure out an issue we were having that was causing the app not to work and causing us to have issues with our whole store! I had been trying to figure it out for a while and he came in and figured it out!! Incredible customer service, helped fix an issue that was impacting our whole store

I did loooots of research to find intuitive, easy applications to use for my upsells. I can tell that Axe Upsell Checkbox was by far the easiest and quickest app to implement that I have found ! It has already great custom options / tools, without being overwhelming which I find is super rare for all these apps ! The support is also super super fast and efficient. They will absolutely help you until you find the right solution. Thank you !!!

It is very easy to use and backed by excellent customer service. I needed a minor feature adjustment to fit my needs, and the developer responded immediately via chat and updated it.

UPDATE: The app stopped working as it should and support has not been good since. Don't know what happened but it just went blank.

This app offers a unique upsell strategy I haven’t seen in other apps. It’s easy to use, well-designed, and doesn’t compete with traditional upsell tools—it complements them. Plus, the team is incredibly responsive to feature requests. Highly recommend!

Doubles user's cart. Settings of the app are not intuitive. I am a developer so it means for other users it can be more frustrating. For example the upsell adds to cart every time user visits a product page, which called a feature, not a bug. And you should know about it being present and disable it to not mess the user's cart Other thing which is why I removed the app from my store is it doubles the cart. I mean product A is on the website. Product B is upsell. User taps add to cart and 2pcs of product A are added to the cart. Product B is added also, which is expected, but not 2 pcs of A. Happens often. Overall bad app
