We only recently started using this app, but the response time and service has been impeccable so far. I barely had time to go fetch a cup of coffee before Jolie made sure the problems I had sunk into the ground and disappeared. The app itself is pretty straight forward and easy to get into. We have yet to launch, but I am not worried about solving any issues that may or may not arise in the future.

The App has everything we need to complement our sales to wholesalers. And the support is excellent. After trying other apps for wholesalers, we have decided to stick with this one.

As someone who is not an experienced developer, it's refreshing to get the attention and help that this App's team provided. I was helped by Emma, one of the nicest, most knowledgeable, and patient customer service reps I've experienced in the Shopify app world. The problem ( a theme issue ) was resolved in minutes. I am very impressed with this app. I was looking for a simple B2B solution that offers net terms to my customers. There are other apps out there, and I tested 2 others before settling on this one. I really didn't want to have a separate portal but Emma quickly helped me understand the flexibility of the app to use net terms solution without using the portal. Emma has been amazing helping me to set things up - it wasn't entirely intuitive but I think that's because there are so many configuration settings. But once you get the idea it makes a lot of sense! Emma and the tech team were very responsive and helpful. I am a happy camper!
