Excellent app and support. Audrey was very patient and I was able to set up the whole B2B site in just 1 hour.
Lean was fabulous as always. She is patient and so helpful. This is the main reason I am trying to stay with B2B solutions and not any other applications. I look forward to seeing what her team can design for us.

After installing the B2B solution I had a very effective meeting with Lena. She explained the app's features clearly and in depth, and was very helpful with customizing it to our needs. Lena identified that we also need the Quotes app, and was again very helpful and knowlegable about it in out follow up call. Customer support is quick to respond, and training sessions are available within a short timeframe.

Excellent quote management app! This app made handling B2B quote requests incredibly simple and professional. We use the BSS B2B Quote app mainly for the quick order function, and it has become a very helpful tool for our B2B shop. Our customers often order during a busy working day, so it is important that the ordering process is fast, simple, and efficient. With the quick order feature, our B2B customers can add products much faster and place their orders without having to go through the normal product browsing process every time. This makes the app especially useful for wholesale customers who already know which products they need and want to reorder quickly. The support from BSS is also excellent. The team is always friendly, responds quickly, and helps us whenever we have questions or need assistance with our setup. Overall, the app is a great solution for making the B2B ordering process faster and more convenient. We are very happy with it and can definitely recommend it.
