The B2B Portal, Quote, Net 30 by BSS is a great addition to the B2B Wholesale App. It provides a dashboard to organize Quick Orders, Re-Orders, Customer Accounts and more. It is a well thought through application for our Shopify store. It is allowing us to manage our B2B clients in a professional manner. The team at BSS has bent over backwards to help us customize our UI and follow our branding concepts and even went beyond the call of duty to help us fix some glitches that we had on our site, which had nothing to do with the BSS implementation. The team headed by Jolie did an amazing job. I thank them for their professionalism, and their great attitude. Regardless of being half way around the world, it seemed as if they were next door. Congratulations to Jolie, who did an amazing job of caring and following up on details, and to the BSS team who worked tirelessly and quickly to entertain all my customization. Thank you guys, you all did an outstanding job! Well Done!

We are searching for a B2B solution to run our business and we chose BSS after a serious research on the market, their apps are quite straitforward and easy to use. Nothing is perfect we do have experienced some incompatibe issues but Jolie together with her team provided us incredible supports and most of time the issues could be solved the same day. Working with Jolie is really a pleasure because she can understand your points right away even though sometimes it's about some complicated technical issues and she always tries her best to support.

I installed the application at around 10 in the morning. I had an integration problem that I reported to the after-sales service. The application was up and running before noon. Jolie's speed and efficiency are incredible! I can't recommend this application highly enough.

We only recently started using this app, but the response time and service has been impeccable so far. I barely had time to go fetch a cup of coffee before Jolie made sure the problems I had sunk into the ground and disappeared. The app itself is pretty straight forward and easy to get into. We have yet to launch, but I am not worried about solving any issues that may or may not arise in the future.

As someone who is not an experienced developer, it's refreshing to get the attention and help that this App's team provided. I was helped by Emma, one of the nicest, most knowledgeable, and patient customer service reps I've experienced in the Shopify app world. The problem ( a theme issue ) was resolved in minutes. I am very impressed with this app. I was looking for a simple B2B solution that offers net terms to my customers. There are other apps out there, and I tested 2 others before settling on this one. I really didn't want to have a separate portal but Emma quickly helped me understand the flexibility of the app to use net terms solution without using the portal. Emma has been amazing helping me to set things up - it wasn't entirely intuitive but I think that's because there are so many configuration settings. But once you get the idea it makes a lot of sense! Emma and the tech team were very responsive and helpful. I am a happy camper!

Being able to handle simple B2B functions like Net Terms purchasing without pushing to an enterprise-level subscription was hard to find, but this app provided what we needed at a very fair price. On top of this, app developer support has been excellent, even if it's on the other side of the globe and requires a 12-hour turnaround time. Thanks to Emma for that! Looking forward to exploring the other functions as our business continues to grow.

Customer Service rating: 5 stars Really happy with the support from the BSS team. They make it easy to work together to find a solution to any of the questions I have. Joy and Jena have been so nice and helpful! App Review: 3 stars This is not a plug an play app. EVERYTHING needs to be installed by the dev team. The flow of how everything works for desktop, requires you to also explicitly request for mobile and tablet as well. This is frustrating when personally, I'd expect the same behaviour for all devices as a default, not the exception. This has led to much frustration. The only saving grace is that they have been able to provide great customer service and quick solutions to all of the issues raised. However, there have been MANY issues.

This app is incredible for B2B portal. Joy and her team have gone above and beyond to customise the app for our websites needs and have done it rapidly when we have needed it. The app itself has so many parts to it to be able to customise it to our companies needs and the B2B team are so quick in responding and solving and queries/issues. It's not easy to find a wholesale solution for your shopify website and honestly you can look no further than B2B. The customer service is second to none and they have created some very useful apps for our business.

We have been using their service for some time now. Their support is quick to respond and trying their best to solve the issues raised. They helped me install the app when I couldn't. App is easy to understand. Although I am missing some features I wish is resolved in the future, which is more about shopify's issue. What I mean is that the product that is hidden shows up as a blank space on collection page and you have to scroll through multiple pages before you can see a product which is not hidden because of product sorting.
