Tom from BSS Commerce was incredibly helpful in customising the setup to suit my specific business needs. He not only implemented exactly what I required, but also took the time to guide me through the process and answer all of my questions along the way. He was friendly, knowledgeable, quick to respond, and really understood what I was trying to achieve. It made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Very simple and powerful app, with a wonderful support team, willing to adapt your app to your needs really. I have several emails with Tom and the result fits perfectly with my needs, for only $25/month compare to other apps much more expensive. It would be perfect if you could invoice directly via your app ;)

We’ve had a really good experience using the BSS B2B Quote app. The customer tagging feature has been super helpful for organizing different types of accounts and making sure each one sees the right pricing. The quote approval process has also been great,it helps us keep things consistent and double-check everything before sending it out to clients. A special thank you to Ines, who has been incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our experience. Their support made it much easier to implement and fine-tune the app to fit our needs

The BSS team has been consistently excellent. They are always really helpful, pleasant to deal with, and quick to respond. Every time we’ve had a question or issue, they’ve not only resolved it efficiently but also taken the time to guide and assist us thoroughly.
