We use the BSS B2B Quote app mainly for the quick order function, and it has become a very helpful tool for our B2B shop. Our customers often order during a busy working day, so it is important that the ordering process is fast, simple, and efficient. With the quick order feature, our B2B customers can add products much faster and place their orders without having to go through the normal product browsing process every time. This makes the app especially useful for wholesale customers who already know which products they need and want to reorder quickly. The support from BSS is also excellent. The team is always friendly, responds quickly, and helps us whenever we have questions or need assistance with our setup. Overall, the app is a great solution for making the B2B ordering process faster and more convenient. We are very happy with it and can definitely recommend it.

Lena from BSS B2B Quote was extremely helpful during our demo call. She clearly explained how the app works and how it can make the quote request process much easier for B2B customers on Shopify. The solution is working well so far and looks like a great fit for improving the B2B buying experience. It gives customers a simple way to request quotes, while making the process more professional and efficient from the store owner’s side. Great support and a very positive experience overall.

*Great support despite some missing features* We have been using BSS B2B Quotes actively in our Shopify set-up and especially want to highlight the support team — it is truly outstanding. No matter what time we contact the live chat, we receive a response almost immediately. The support staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, solution-oriented, and genuinely committed to helping. We work with many Shopify apps and therefore have a lot of experience with different support teams, but BSS support is definitely among the best we have ever experienced. The app itself works well and offers several useful features. One thing we especially appreciate is the ability to add custom fields, such as VAT numbers or internal PO numbers for customers, which is very helpful for B2B processes. That said, there is still room for improvement regarding analytics and workflow functionality for our specific needs. For example, it would be very useful to have: * a clearer list view of all quotes * visibility of the quote value directly in the overview * a history showing when a quote was sent to the customer * better reporting and analytics features overall. Additionally, it would be much more convenient if customers could convert quotes into orders themselves. Currently, this has to be done manually in the backend, which creates additional email communication and extra work. Despite these points, we are overall very satisfied — mainly because of the exceptional support. It is rare to find such a responsive and dedicated support team. Main support agents were Lux and Sammy. But also Hugo, Emma, Jeff, and Dylan.
