This app packs a lot of features, but it comes at a cost. I spent a bit of time evaluating several solutions to find the one that best fits our needs. The customer service team is nice and accommodating, but responses take a day. At least for my time zone (PST). There are a lot of features, but some basic features are placed in a higher price tier, where many other apps have them for free, or in the first price tier. Also, some of the features do not work with all themes. Their team is willing to help with installation if needed, though. Ultimately, we chose a different app, but this one is a good one. It is one of the highest priced ones, but if you're willing to spend the money, and they have the features you need, you will most likely be happy with it.

We have been using their service for some time now. Their support is quick to respond and trying their best to solve the issues raised. They helped me install the app when I couldn't. App is easy to understand. Although I am missing some features I wish is resolved in the future, which is more about shopify's issue. What I mean is that the product that is hidden shows up as a blank space on collection page and you have to scroll through multiple pages before you can see a product which is not hidden because of product sorting.
