This app packs a lot of features, but it comes at a cost. I spent a bit of time evaluating several solutions to find the one that best fits our needs. The customer service team is nice and accommodating, but responses take a day. At least for my time zone (PST). There are a lot of features, but some basic features are placed in a higher price tier, where many other apps have them for free, or in the first price tier. Also, some of the features do not work with all themes. Their team is willing to help with installation if needed, though. Ultimately, we chose a different app, but this one is a good one. It is one of the highest priced ones, but if you're willing to spend the money, and they have the features you need, you will most likely be happy with it.

This is a very versatile app with fantastic customer support. Before we started using it, our customers would email us for a quote, and it often took multiple back-and-forth emails just to get all the information we needed. Now, our customers can simply select their products and provide their shipping details, which lets us generate their quotes so much faster. I especially love the ability to adjust a product's price directly without having to create a new custom item or mess with discounts.

Using all three of the BSS apps for my store to gain a B2B functionality way out of the box for Shopify. Jonas has been there every step of the way, whether it's a code fix, or simply helping navigate using these apps to the fullest. Great products, but even greater support!

I am very satisfied with the App so far, mainly because the customer service team is excellent. Their responses are very timely, and the service is thorough. There were many CSS style adjustments that I didn’t even request, but they noticed and helped me make the changes. I am very grateful for that. Since Shopify themes update quickly, sometimes the App may have compatibility issues, which I think is completely normal. The quality of the customer service is what really matters. My customer service representative, Jonas, was very patient in listening to my requests, and they were able to resolve most of our issues within the same business day. I highly recommend this App.
