BSS B2B Order, Request a Quote

This app packs a lot of features, but it comes at a cost. I spent a bit of time evaluating several solutions to find the one that best fits our needs. The customer service team is nice and accommodating, but responses take a day. At least for my time zone (PST). There are a lot of features, but some basic features are placed in a higher price tier, where many other apps have them for free, or in the first price tier. Also, some of the features do not work with all themes. Their team is willing to help with installation if needed, though. Ultimately, we chose a different app, but this one is a good one. It is one of the highest priced ones, but if you're willing to spend the money, and they have the features you need, you will most likely be happy with it.

Good app, great and quick support

Incredible support and response time! After searching extensively for a suitable B2B app extension, I found this app, which immediately met all my needs. When I required assistance understanding a feature and the app's capabilities, the support team was prompt and exceptionally helpful. This is a very versatile app with fantastic customer support. Before we started using it, our customers would email us for a quote, and it often took multiple back-and-forth emails just to get all the information we needed. Now, our customers can simply select their products and provide their shipping details, which lets us generate their quotes so much faster. I especially love the ability to adjust a product's price directly without having to create a new custom item or mess with discounts.

Using all three of the BSS apps for my store to gain a B2B functionality way out of the box for Shopify. Jonas has been there every step of the way, whether it's a code fix, or simply helping navigate using these apps to the fullest. Great products, but even greater support!

I would 100% recommend B2B portal for an easy solution to adding a wholesale section to your site. The technical support from Emma has been incredible and nothing is too much trouble to sort out for me. a brilliant service.

I am very satisfied with the App so far, mainly because the customer service team is excellent. Their responses are very timely, and the service is thorough. There were many CSS style adjustments that I didn’t even request, but they noticed and helped me make the changes. I am very grateful for that. Since Shopify themes update quickly, sometimes the App may have compatibility issues, which I think is completely normal. The quality of the customer service is what really matters. My customer service representative, Jonas, was very patient in listening to my requests, and they were able to resolve most of our issues within the same business day. I highly recommend this App.

The B2B Portal, Quote, Net 30 by BSS is a great addition to the B2B Wholesale App. It provides a dashboard to organize Quick Orders, Re-Orders, Customer Accounts and more. It is a well thought through application for our Shopify store. It is allowing us to manage our B2B clients in a professional manner. The team at BSS has bent over backwards to help us customize our UI and follow our branding concepts and even went beyond the call of duty to help us fix some glitches that we had on our site, which had nothing to do with the BSS implementation. The team headed by Jonas and Jolie did an amazing job. I thank them for their professionalism, and their great attitude. Regardless of being half way around the world, it seemed as if they were next door. Congratulations to Jonas and Jolie, who did an amazing job of caring and following up on details, and to the BSS team who worked tirelessly and quickly to entertain all my customization. We are searching for a B2B solution to run our business and we chose BSS after a serious research on the market, their apps are quite straitforward and easy to use. Nothing is perfect we do have experienced some incompatibe issues but Jolie together with her team provided us incredible supports and most of time the issues could be solved the same day. Working with Jolie is really a pleasure because she can understand your points right away even though sometimes it's about some complicated technical issues and she always tries her best to support.
