This app has enabled us to offer our stockists the ability to order across our range of products quickly and in bulk with a simple process, displaying net prices. The team are quick and friendly in their response to any questions or tailoring requirements we might have. It integrates really well with our Shopify store and I would definitely recommend this app.

We are using the suite of B2B apps from BSS Commerce over 3 different businesses. Using the one app business for a number of apps means everything fits together seamlessly and we can work with one external team for support - and they know our business! On our website, we have both B2B and B2C capability - the BSS apps means we can provide the best service and experience to our customers and the website adapts dynamically depending on their account. We offer multiple pricing levels and different product ranges for different customers and the website ensures the correct price and product selection is shown to our different customer segments. We used this app in combination with their B2B/Wholesale Solution, to create a vendor portal store. The app is simple to use and it worked great! Some features we had to get custom-made and coded by the BSS team due to our specific use case. These customizations would only take a few days and the team outlined the entire build process before starting. The customer service is AMAZING, their team is extremely helpful and attentive to whatever issue you are experiencing and it gave us confidence in using their solutions. I would definitely recommend this app and the B2B/Wholesale Solution.

Has helped us scale our wholesale using their platform. We use net30 or net45 depending on contract with customer and easy to change between.

Of course, we had an individual aproach for our B2B Customers in mind, yet this app delievered the largest part of the needed puzzle pieces. The rest was found quickly and thoroughly by Jennie from the support and her team of technicians. Binging ist all together helped enormously to implement a solution that even leaves room for added services in the future. We are thankful for the cooperative help of the support team.

At the first stage, we started using only three applications (B2B/Wholesale Customer Portal, B2B Login/Lock & Hide Price, B2B Portal/ Net Terms), which allow us to completely solve the problem of creating a portal for wholesale customers. Very rich set of tools :) Intuitive rules setting, the same for all tools. Well, a special thank you to the technical support :) Emma and Dao Van Phu, after 7 years of working with Shopify apps, we can say that you are the best!!! Very helpful app, it rapidly fixed our need to receive customer orders ad draft orders. The customer service is awesome, they understood our difficulties and issues and helped us via call and via their ticket service. Jena and the technician Cuong Ngo Quoc were responsive and really efficient, making quick modifications to the app to better run on our third-party theme, Shapes. All in all, we're very satisfied so far!
