First of all, as a 3rd-party app provider, it's pretty difficult for us to be compatible with other 3rd-party apps since we might have different logic and mechanism. We might be able to make it work with them only if they agree with the collaboration and customization on their end as well. Really sorry for this but it's quite a common issue with many Shopify 3rd-party apps. If you can give us another chance, we can for sure make some more efforts to check further. Also, due to the different timezone, we were not able to respond at the time you contacted us but the team has always tried to reach back or deal with your issue within 24 hours. Sometimes, we did send a few follow-ups to make sure the app is alright on your end but got no responses. Regarding the pricing issue, we have to balance between all resources we put to the app and our pricing plan. So sorry if you feel that way but you can for sure keep us informed on that and we can together come up with a workaround for your case.
