I was hoping the app would be intuitive and it is easy to use for the most part, but we have a specific business need and there were things I couldn't figure out on my own. I was able to work with Tom today and his guided support - he was able to put my mind at ease and he is emailing me tomorrow with updates so we can hop on another meeting to finish the integration.

Ines was very helpful so that my mind could understand how I can use B2B for my small wholesale operation. We don't have many customers so won't be using all of the robust features -- but it is helpful for us to have this tool.

Great app, with lots of useful features for B2B sales. Anne and the other consultants are always there to help and guide you if you have any questions, concerns, or issues. We wanted to give our B2B customers the option to register and set special prices for them. Everything worked out exactly as we needed it to. First-class consulting! The support team has been very helpful in resolving multiple issues we encountered, including unexpected B2B order behavior and delivery date not being saved correctly. Excellent customer service! I love the chat. The support team is very responsive and prompt with communication. In most cases problems are solved within minutes. Sometimes there is a programming issue that may take longer, but I have been kept in the loop the whole time. I'm very happy with this app and highly recommend it. It makes my store more organized and allows me to manage wholesale business easily while still serving retail clients.

Really recommend their app. Been using their Lock and wholesale solutions for years, and it's been great overall. Anytime I hit something tricky, either custom stuff or just things I didn’t know how to do, they always reply fast and help me sort it out. Made things way easier for me, and I always felt comfortable using it. Thanks Lux for all the help.
