Great App and excellent customer service! Lux has been a massive help with me, I needed help utilizing Net Terms / Pay later functionality as my theme wasn't supported and they manually installed it for me! :) This app is extremely useful for any eCommerce platform which has business customers ticking every box you may face 10/10

My website is a strictly B2B and we screen each customers before granting them access. Ever since Shopify changed their login to 2AF only, this caused issue to our flow. Stumbled across BSS suits of apps, though out of the box BSS's options didn't work smoothly with our flow. Got in touch with Lena and explained to her exactly what we needed and she help run point and coordinated with her dev team to customize their product to our needs. Lena was very easy and pleasant to work with. She and her team with more than patient with our changes and did their best to meet up. Would recommend BSS's product suite and if out of the box doesn't meet your needs feel free to get in touch with them to get it tailored.

BSS was the best choice for setting up the flow I wanted. It wasn’t exactly perfect out of the box, and I did run into a few technical hiccups along the way, but the support team has been amazing. A special shoutout to Ivy, who was incredibly helpful and patient in helping me figure everything out and get the setup working the way I wanted. The level of support really made a big difference in my overall experience. Definitely recommend BSS, especially if you’re looking for a flexible solution backed by a responsive and helpful support team.

I think what separates BSS from other apps is their customer service. I can tell you they are hands down the most attentive customer service. They talk the time to walk you through any questions or issues. And for me that is crucial because I am not savvy when it comes to building my pages and they were super patient with me while I asked a million questions on how to. I highly recommend them.
