So far I'm loving this app. It has all features I need, including translation, pricing tiers, custom forms that can be approved or denied. The support is fantastic. I got immediate answers and solutions from Hannah and Ruby.

Easy to use, quick to set up, and excellent support. I've used multiple B2B solutions over the past decade, and so far BSS B2B has been the best one by miles. What really stands out is the support. They respond quickly, actually answer your questions, and help you work through any issues instead of just pointing you toward documentation and expecting you to figure everything out on your own. If you're having trouble finding a B2B solution that's easy to understand and actually works, you can probably stop searching. BSS B2B has been a great experience for us.

Excellent support with resolving queries.
I have just started using the app, primarily utilizing the volume pricing feature to display our tiered wholesale rates. Compared to other plugins, I find the functionality and logic here to be superior, which is why I ultimately chose this app. The support agents are also highly professional; they provide solutions and responses to my requests and even proactively coordinate with their internal teams regarding development needs.
