Company is good about helping work through issues. There is a time difference between them and the US, and it sometimes takes them a bit to respond to questions, but they always respond and are helpful when they do.

Bss works especially well, Customer service have been very helpfull in helping personalize my B2B website, A very special thing that not all other company do is that they had doublecheck to make sure there is no issue. We started using this app for our B2B. We are using it mainly for pricing, order limits, quantity increments. The app provides you with a lot of posssibilities and the support team is always there to help you and look for a possible solution. You can do a lot of things yourselves however sometimes it is easier to ask the support team for help when it comes to adding things to liquid codes and stuff. We got a lot of help from Louis. We also got help from Kellie and Ruby and everyone is very kind and always there to try and help you as best as they can.

Great app and superb support, there was a serious issue that was discovered on Friday, and they worked beyond their normal business hours to fix it before the weekend. 5 stars deserved!

This team offers great support. We had a few issues which needed custom integration into our theme and they've been helpful throughout the entire process to get it working. It takes some back and forth due to the time zone difference, but they've made the Net Terms and Tax calculation work on wholesale orders that I haven't found on other apps. Thanks

Excellent app with intuitive interface, excellent features and great support. Many of the features offered were not high on my priority list but were so accessible that I easily integrated them into my store. The entire B2B app suite is excellent and I highly recommend them!

This is not a product that you can simply install and use. But thanks to the support service, which always helps to solve all problems quickly, everything works as it should for me in the end.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der App und dem daran angebundenen Support. In unserem von Shopify genutzten Theme, mussten sehr viele Anpassungen vorgenommen werden, die BSS alle nach und nach umsetzen konnte. Die Kommunikation war bestens. Die App ist im B2B-Bereich sehr gut und hilft uns dabei das im Webshop abzubilden, was Shopify im Standard leider nicht zur Verfügung stellt bzw. gar nicht im Funktionsumfang beinhaltet. Wir sind in der Lage, kundenabhängige und somit kundenindividuelle Preise, Preisstaffeln sowie Nettopreise und die daran gebundenen Grundpreise korrekt zu zeigen als auch eine B2B-Registrierung vorzunehmen, so dass Kunden erst nach Prüfung und Freischaltung als B2B-Kunde bestellen können. Wer mit Shopify einen B2B-Shop realisieren möchte, ist mit dieser APP bestens beraten. Vielen Dank an das gesamte BSS-Team (ganz besonderen Dank an Jonas, der mein Hauptansprechpartner in der gesamten Projektphase war).

This app has everything you need to manage a B2B kind of business. But beyond the flawless features, the team is always available and skillfull, always ready to fix any problem. My favorite one is Louis, who I would always like to have by my side when managing these apps. I've installed all their apps for my B2B business and recommend them all to anyone who wants to manage this kind of business effectively.

Onboarding is a nightmare with an extremely poor customer support assigned to us. The app can't work on itself and the BSS dev team fix them when we point it out, but communicating it to Ruby is proving very difficult. Odd working ours and hour long breaks during working hours, we wake up very early in the morning to explain all the bugs and try to get this app running, on the BSS team timezone, with no success. It's been almost a week trying to configure this, and still lots of broken / unlinked features that is dependent on their dev team to fix.

After reviewing your case, we acknowledge that our communication fell short — especially with the support provided by Ruby — and that some incorrect or delayed information made things even harder for you. We take full responsibility for this. The issues you mentioned were partly due to compatibility limits in your store setup, but our team should have communicated those clearly and guided you better from the start. We’ve already addressed this internally to ensure more transparent communication and smoother onboarding going forward. Our developers are also reviewing the related setup logic to prevent similar problems. Support is Great BUT - We run into issues, instability, inconsistencies and we needed to reach out to the support team to resolve those issues. However, their support team was prompt and did resolve all of our issues - I was impressed with their commitment to resolving issues and making the product work. But it is hard to make to make this product work out-of-the-box (This may have been because we used product variants). Shoutout to Louis from CS for dedicated efforts to resolve our issues 10/10. A special thanks to dev team and developer South D - Their skills, problem solving and dedication is greatly appreciated; looking at the code, Shopify sure doesn't make it easy, and creative solutions are needed. If you need something changed or fixed with BSS B2B, absolutely reach out to their Support team; Notably if you find prices taking a long time to load - their support team can assist with this.

Die app funktioniert nur schlecht und nur auf einigen themes. Die Hilfe ist gleich null. Man muss Tagelang auf eine Antwort warten. Nicht zu empfehlen
