The app is amazing but in order to let the customers have the best experience i’ve talked to the team for some front end customizations. First time it was Jonas that tooks care of my requests and he was so good in order to give me all the answers I needed. The customer service is at a very high level. Then he let me speak with the dev team and Mida was my guy. In few days he made everything I needed and the talk was easy and pleasant. I totally recommend this app, it’s team is amazing.

Very nice app, cheaper than shopify plus plan but same function. The customer service gave me much help! Here i will give Raymond 10 stars! very fast reply and patient! He sloved all my problem! Thank u

Working with BSS Solution is the perfect Shopify Plus replacement that has been easy to use. The app is incredibly well-designed and does exactly what you need it to do. Anytime I’ve needed assistance, their customer service team has been quick to respond and always ready to help during operational hours. Good service! To install everything by my own was a bit too complicated. The team assisted me and installed the dificulties. Also there was a problem with pricing. They also fixed it in one day.
