Echt jammer wnat het lijkt mooi software, maar de installatie werkt niet gelijk. De klantenservice houd je aan het lijntje en werkt niet mee.

This app is exceptionally well-made, very intuitive, and easy to use. In my opinion, its strongest point is the customer service—it’s truly a rare find. They respond immediately, are very friendly, and whenever you have a request regarding the app, their developers resolve everything within a day or even less. 5+

We're really happy with the BSS B2B/Wholesale Solution! The app covers exactly what we need for our B2B safety shoe shop. Setting up custom pricing rules for our dealers, net payment terms (purchase on invoice), and the quote/draft order system has been working great for us. A special shoutout to the support team – they've been incredibly responsive, patient, and helpful throughout the entire setup process. Every question was answered quickly and with care. You can really feel the dedication behind this team! We'd also love to highlight how smooth the email template customization and the registration form setup went with their guidance. A terrific app that has enabled our website to display prices on some products, while hiding prices on others. Easy set up and user interface. The support team has been very keen and incredibly responsive to provide assistance, always responding within the day despite the time zone difference. I would like to sincerely thank the entire BSS Commerce team for their continuous support over the past days. My case was quite detailed and required a very specific setup for B2B and B2C workflows, especially regarding VAT handling and invoice customization, and the team handled it with great patience and professionalism. A special thanks to Alena, Ines, and the development team, who took the time to truly understand my requirements and worked on custom solutions rather than giving standard answers. Even with time zone differences and technical limitations from Shopify, they stayed committed and kept following up until we reached a working solution. What I appreciated the most is that they did not rush the process, but instead focused on getting things done correctly, step by step. Communication was always respectful, clear, and supportive.
