I tried to use the app for charging B2B prices to EU and non-EU customers and to add a fee for every unit to each order. I was very transparent from the start of my trial. Positive: Support is quick, responsive, helpful and nice. Bad: After several months of going back and forth with the support & paying the platinum price, it turned out that the app does not fulfill both requirements. The calculation of VAT / non VAT is prices is incorrect. If you want to set up one net of VAT B2B fix price for the world, it does not work. Also there is no option to add a fee per unit, you would have to make several thousand of manual rules. I am disappointed.

Onboarding is a nightmare with an extremely poor customer support assigned to us. The app can't work on itself and the BSS dev team fix them when we point it out, but communicating it to Ruby is proving very difficult. Odd working ours and hour long breaks during working hours, we wake up very early in the morning to explain all the bugs and try to get this app running, on the BSS team timezone, with no success. It's been almost a week trying to configure this, and still lots of broken / unlinked features that is dependent on their dev team to fix.

Not working together with their own partner app OPTIS. so often that custom could not check out. support not believing there is a problem and want videos. frustrating. Going with other, cheaper AND better apps now.

We asked fixing a bug and they solved quickly. Thank you. But please don't send email everyday to beg a review until I actually write one. It was very annoying. This is not a free app.

The application worked decently (was a bit slow showing prices at times), but two time updates were made to the application which made our site unusable and we lost many sales. These updates seemed to have been pushed live without much testing from the BSS team. We contacted the BSS team and they were unaware that their application broke our site checkout. They stated that their app was not responsible. 4 days later, they followed back up and said they in fact did see multiple errors in the B2B/Wholesale app that caused our site to break. After issues like this happened twice, we pulled the application from our site because it was not worth the risk of it constantly breaking and bringing down our site.
