Onboarding is a nightmare with an extremely poor customer support assigned to us. The app can't work on itself and the BSS dev team fix them when we point it out, but communicating it to Ruby is proving very difficult. Odd working ours and hour long breaks during working hours, we wake up very early in the morning to explain all the bugs and try to get this app running, on the BSS team timezone, with no success. It's been almost a week trying to configure this, and still lots of broken / unlinked features that is dependent on their dev team to fix.
