I’ve had an excellent experience using the BSS app on Shopify. The app is very well-built, easy to use, and offers exactly the functionality I needed for my store. Everything works smoothly, and it is helping improve both the customer experience and the overall efficiency of my webshop. What truly stood out to me was the outstanding customer support. Ines was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She was incredibly responsive, patient, professional, and went above and beyond to help me with every question and customization I needed. Absolutely love this app! A huge shoutout to Tom from the BSS team — he went above and beyond to help me set up store locking and configure discounts on my Shopify store. The support was fast, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. Tom made the whole process seamless and stress-free. We've been using BSS B2B Wholesale Solution to add a trade customer side to our Shopify store, and it's working really well. Custom pricing rules, discounted prices across product pages, collections, cart and checkout, and all running smoothly. Special thanks to Emma & Lux on the support team, who were responsive throughout setup and coordinated a quick fix with their developers when we hit a theme-specific edge case.

Their support is great they are very quick to response and find a solution to the problem we are having. Our sale price was not showing up on the product page and they were able to fix it less than 24hours. They are truly very good on problem solving and their support. I truly like that I'm able to chat with them and find a solution to our problems that day if not less than 24 hours.

Great app for B2B. Doing b2b in multiple countries and BSS app made it very easy for me. All the custom pricing and rules are easy to setup. Customer service is top notch. Got instant meaningful help from LUX.

support is solid. the product does exactly what I need it to do. We use most pricing modules, including custom. I do think the UI could be more intuitive, but once it's set it works as intended. So they get 5 stars for this reason. I've had to use support a couple three times and each time their response time is super quick and my challenges are solved. So hats off to this.
