I started using the BSS B2B Solution app because I needed a reliable way to manage multi-tier pricing and wholesale orders in Shopify, something the native discounts couldn’t handle. My favorite features are custom pricing, customer segmentation, and POS Pro integration, which have saved me hours of manual work and kept my retail and wholesale pricing consistent across channels. Special thanks to Jonas, who was very helpful during setup and support. If you’re running a wholesale or B2B business on Shopify, this app is a must-have.

Excellent customer service and constantly improving. Provides some features for discounts and price lists that are missing from the lower tiers of Shopify, which saves us from having to buy the whole package for just a few features. Jonas and Selina have been very helpful for technical information and installation.

A great cost effective way to do B2B without having a massive budget; these guys have been great in helping with the installation, any bug fixes and all my questions from someone who doesn't understand all the tech jargon at all. They have been quick to reply and quick to fix all the issues I had, sometimes even on the weekends! Highly recommended

Un’unica app per tutto il B2B BSS B2B & Wholesale Solution ci ha permesso di gestire in modo semplice e scalabile listini riservati, sconti per quantità e regole di visibilità dedicate ai clienti business. L’impostazione tramite tag e segmenti è intuitiva e non richiede sviluppo custom: in pochi passaggi abbiamo creato profili diversi (rivenditori, distributori, partner) con prezzi e condizioni su misura.

We used BSS Commerce to create a B2B portal for our online shop. This is the best app for our shop and there are so many settings and configurations you can adjust - depending on your billing plan of course. everything works seamlessly and when it doesn't, their support is super knowledgable and quick with a solution. Jonas from the team has been the biggest help! I could not have achieved anything without his support and I would still be there struggling. Just a heads up: their contact hours may not be aligned with your working hours - since they are based in Vietnam- but you will ALWAYS have the answer waiting for you the next day. And when online, they answer super quickly! I can suggest this app to anyone who wants to integrate b2b into their shop.
