WOW!! Alena and the team offer amazing support and got our B2B wholesale products online in no time. We had tried multiple B2B apps but the quality of the support with BSS was so good that we chose them.

Long story short, I tried a different app before finding this one to handle my wholesale order needs. There were some issues due to the previous app that was creating problems for the B2B app to function properly. I asked for help and the team immediately jumped in to help get me up and running. They kept me informed the entire time and were so friendly and helpful. They also helped me get a few of my functions working properly to streamline my operation. To make this even better, the previous app would not help me and this team took charge and got everything corrected. So far, I am very impressed with this developer and their prompt customer service! I would give it 10 stars but I can only choose 5!

The app is a very complete solution for different types of B2B businesses. The customer support team's availability is excellent. I had a call with Lena, who gave me a very thorough demonstration of the setup for my product - BSB Solution - and introduced me to the modules I don't currently use. We have constant access to online support via chat, and after review my set up I will schedule a new meeting with Lena to go over the specific questions about it. This level of service truly makes all the difference!

The reviews were not wrong you have the best customer service ive encountered hand down compared to everything, even shopify. I asked for assistance on setting up my business registration form, but was advised it was outside there business hours. When I checked the next morning, the form was set up and integrated on the page and button I wanted it on. AMAZING. The follow-thru is hands down the best i've encountered since starting my business.

Excellent support and a great B2B solution for Shopify! We experienced an issue where our B2B Price Lists stopped applying after republishing our theme. The support team responded quickly, created an internal ticket, and kept us informed throughout the investigation. The developers were able to identify the root cause, implement a compatible fix for our theme, and restore the B2B pricing functionality without affecting our existing setup.
