We've been using the app for our webshop for several years now, and we're very satisfied with it. Initially, we needed to have the support team make some specific adjustments, but Joy and her team were very helpful. B2B pricing works as it should, and we have many rules regarding this. We recently had an update to our registration form, and it wasn't working properly. I contacted support, and Lux ​​responded immediately, and her team resolved the issue quickly. We are very satisfied with the app and the professional and friendly support from BSS. Keep up the good work! Thank you, BSS.

We have a small embroidery and printing business in New Zealand and use Shopify for our online retail store. B2B BSS have been great for us. We use the Quantity break and Tax display functions at the moment but will likely explore more in the future. The customer service an dev support have been great, design and functionality changes have been completed within 24 hours so far so 5 star from us.

I tried to use the app for charging B2B prices to EU and non-EU customers and to add a fee for every unit to each order. I was very transparent from the start of my trial. Positive: Support is quick, responsive, helpful and nice. Bad: After several months of going back and forth with the support & paying the platinum price, it turned out that the app does not fulfill both requirements. The calculation of VAT / non VAT is prices is incorrect. If you want to set up one net of VAT B2B fix price for the world, it does not work. Also there is no option to add a fee per unit, you would have to make several thousand of manual rules. I am disappointed.

Not a lot of B2B Wholesale apps offer many out of box features but this app pretty much offers it all, love the app, love the product and their customer support is extremely responsive and helpful when troubleshooting any questions and/or concerns.

Misleading Sales and Poor Customer Experience I’ve wasted over 2 hours discussing a plan that was misrepresented from the start. I was clearly told the feature I needed was available on the $50/month plan, only to find out later that it’s actually locked behind the $100 plan. When I pointed this out, the support offered a “20% discount” on the higher plan — effectively trying to upsell me to 70 CHF/month instead of honoring what was initially offered. This kind of bait-and-switch pricing may work elsewhere, but it’s unacceptable in Switzerland, especially in B2B relations. I explained in detail what I needed before subscribing, yet was met with generic scripted replies and even an emoji at the end of a “sorry” message after wasting my time. Unprofessional, misleading, and inconsiderate of clients’ time. If transparency and business integrity matter to you — look elsewhere.

We’ve been using the BSS B2B Solution App to build and customize our wholesale system on Shopify, and it has been an excellent experience. We've tested many B2B apps and this one had most of what we needed. The setup and settings are easy + the support (thanks Hill!) is awesome - fast and they helped us make changes to the code to ensure the app works for our specific needs / market.

Company is good about helping work through issues. There is a time difference between them and the US, and it sometimes takes them a bit to respond to questions, but they always respond and are helpful when they do.

Bss works especially well, Customer service have been very helpfull in helping personalize my B2B website, A very special thing that not all other company do is that they had doublecheck to make sure there is no issue.
