Amazing customer service and great app
I got help straigh away when I contacted the support and someone called Lux was able to solve our issue within 10min. :)
Ines , Hannah and the team so super helpful and responsive! I'm currently working though implementing this onto our website and have asked for many things to be adjusted, and nothing is too hard! Looking forward to moving forward with BSS B2B and am confident the support team will be able to help with anything along the way. Amazing so far.
This plugin has been working really well so far. We had some customizations that needed to be made. Ruby and the rest of the team were able to help us get it customized and working as intended.

The support team was so handy. Loved it.
This app is Fantastic, it works exactly how we needed and the customer support is great. I work on different hours then the BSS team, but they still respond within 24 hours of ticket request and 99.9% of the time there is a fix, and that .1% that is not fixed they have spent time and money to fix and come up with a correction for that one issue. Unlimited Business price list for our wholesale and business clients is a must and for the price it is a steal of a deal. Thanks to Tom for his help and all his customer support team. Excellent support and a very useful app. We use the EU VAT exemption feature, and the BSS team helped us ensure that our free gift remained correctly priced at €0 during the tax-exempt checkout flow. Lux was extremely helpful, responsive and patient throughout the process. She explained everything clearly, recorded a test video and helped us confirm that the setup was working correctly. Highly recommended!
App was easy to setup, and the best apart of the app is the team they have any problems youll ever have one quick message and off they got to work quickest service ive seen on shopify cant recommend them enough
Great app and great customer service!
We are in the process of finalizing the setup of this app for our jewelry website. The support team has been extremely helpful and quick to support our needs. We had a few custom requirements and the support team was able to quickly understand and find solutions for us.
They don't support the features in their app. When a feature didn't work, we asked for assistance and rather than fixing the issue they told us that they don't support the feature anymore (even though there's no indication anywhere that the feature has been deprecated, and their support article on the feature was updated less than a month ago). Support told us that the solution would just be to "avoid" that feature. lol.

We completely understand why you raised this concern, especially when the feature was still shown in our documentation and the article had been updated recently. We’d like to clarify what happened here. The issue you encountered comes from the compatibility between our BOGO module and Net Terms. The BOGO module is an older feature, and unfortunately, it does not reliably work with Net Terms. However, we recognize that this limitation was not clearly communicated in our documentation. That is something we should have made clearer, and we sincerely apologize for the confusion. More importantly, we understand that simply being told to “avoid” the feature was frustrating and did not address your actual needs. That was not the experience we wanted you to have with our support team. We’ve already reached out to you by email because we’d really appreciate the chance to speak with you directly, understand how you’re using BOGO and Net Terms, and discuss what we can do from our side. We’re also working on a new and more stable BOGO solution, and we’d be happy to share our plan with you and discuss whether it could better fit your requirements. As you’re also using multiple BSS solutions, we truly value your business and the trust you’ve placed in us. We sincerely hope we can have a meeting with you and your team, listen to your concerns in more detail, and work together toward a solution rather than simply leaving things where they are today. Ines was AMAZING. I've worked with a lot apps through Shopify. By far this was the best service I've ever received. The amount they charge for this app supersedes the support you'll receive. They are also very responsive. I needed the app initially because Shopify discontinued our original form. At first I was apprehensive about changing but this was even better than what we had before. I'll be a lifelong customer.
We’ve been using the app for several years now and have always been very happy with it. What really stands out is the customer support. Whenever something doesn’t work or we have a question, we can reach out at any time and usually receive fast and competent help. Any issues we’ve had were always resolved quickly. Highly recommended if you’re looking to build a professional B2B store.
We’ve had a great experience using the BSS app to manage our website pricing. We use the Price List and Volume Pricing features to control our special pricing, as well as the API features for our integrations, and the app has worked really well for our needs. The support has also been excellent. I recently had an issue and Lux was incredibly kind, responsive and efficient. She understood the problem straight away and had everything resolved within a matter of minutes. It’s great knowing that when we do need assistance, there’s such a helpful and knowledgeable support team available. Highly recommend BSS for both the functionality of the app and the quality of their customer support!
