We've found the BSS B2B solution a really useful app for handling our client's wholesale/trade requirements. It's a very powerful and flexible tool that has so far been perfect for doing all that our client needs. And, most importantly, the support they provide is beyond belief - thanks again, Alena, Raymond, Jeff and Anne - you guys are brilliant!

We are using BSS B2B Solution for our business and we are extremely satisfied with both the app and the support team. The app offers powerful B2B features that perfectly fit our needs, especially the pricing management and customer-specific functionalities, which help us manage our wholesale operations smoothly and efficiently. We recently experienced a technical issue, and Emma and Lux from the support team assisted us. They responded very quickly, were highly professional, and resolved the problem in no time. Their communication was clear, friendly, and solution-oriented throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find such fast and dedicated support. As a newcomer to the B2B online merchanting world, the team at BSS B2B has been brilliant to enable it to be as successful as possible. Their development team helped edit the theme directly and carried on making updates until it met our business requirements. Absolutely outstanding customer support and help with any request we’ve made so far. I find BSS B2B well worth the money. Easy for wholesale customers to sign up, and easy to navigate in the backend. I recommend this app for all business looking for a cost efficient way to manage wholesale accounts.
