Selina and Jonas are spectacular at what they do! Selina reached out to me outside of her normal business hours to try and assess my situation and offer her help. While I unfortunately couldn’t respond in a timely manner, she sent me instructions on how to resolve my issue. Soon after, once back in regular hours, Jonas followed up to ensure I got the assistance I needed. They were both very friendly and helpful, ensuring I knew the process to resolve my issue and offered their support should I need more assistance.
