Unfortunately, we have to revise our review after using the app for about seven months. The app keeps making errors when displaying prices. Additionally, handling VAT is a problem, since there are many different VAT rates across Europe, which has repeatedly caused issues with calculating the net price. We had to submit so many support tickets—far too many—that we ultimately uninstalled the app today, since support was unable to provide a definitive solution. It’s of no use to us if the app has a lot of features but the most essential ones don’t work properly. Our earlier positive review was written during the testing phase, which involved only customers in Germany; once we went live, the issues with European merchants began to surface. For the price, we expected more. ______________ This app was recommended to us, and I have to say, we have not been disappointed. The app can do everything you need for B2B customers and is well structured. It's great that this app is regularly updated with new features.
