Misleading Sales and Poor Customer Experience I’ve wasted over 2 hours discussing a plan that was misrepresented from the start. I was clearly told the feature I needed was available on the $50/month plan, only to find out later that it’s actually locked behind the $100 plan. When I pointed this out, the support offered a “20% discount” on the higher plan — effectively trying to upsell me to 70 CHF/month instead of honoring what was initially offered. This kind of bait-and-switch pricing may work elsewhere, but it’s unacceptable in Switzerland, especially in B2B relations. I explained in detail what I needed before subscribing, yet was met with generic scripted replies and even an emoji at the end of a “sorry” message after wasting my time. Unprofessional, misleading, and inconsiderate of clients’ time. If transparency and business integrity matter to you — look elsewhere.
