Ines was AMAZING. I've worked with a lot apps through Shopify. By far this was the best service I've ever received. The amount they charge for this app supersedes the support you'll receive. They are also very responsive. I needed the app initially because Shopify discontinued our original form. At first I was apprehensive about changing but this was even better than what we had before. I'll be a lifelong customer.
