After a bumpy start I have had a good experience with Stoq! I had decent suppor with most support reps and a poor experience with one. Once I made my concerns known... they quickly address my issue, reached out and retrained the rep that was unhelpful. They care about making sure customers concerns are addressed and corrected.

As you can see from our reviews and rating, we try to do our absolute best to support merchants on STOQ - no matter where they are in the world or in their Shopify journey. Sometimes, we get it wrong and this was one of those times. I'm sincerely sorry that Vishu didn't live up to your expectations. He was trying to share his understanding of the Shopify platform in regards to the issues you were facing, but he was not able to give it the care and attention you deserved. This was likely due to him juggling a busy day with other chats & conversations alongside yours. It's not an excuse though, and we've figured out a path to work on this. Rest assured that I will personally tend to this. If there's anything I can do to right this wrong or make sure you have an amazing experience with STOQ from here on out, please let me know.
