Had some trouble with the set-up of the preorder buttons, but that was fixed within seconds by the support team. On a Sunday morning, so they truly provide 24/7 service!

Excellent support! Shashi helped us set up the Notify Me button quickly and professionally. The app works perfectly and the support team responds super fast. Highly recommended! This app does exactly what I need it to do. I used a different app before for preorder and I had so many issues - this far exceeds it with ease of use and the customer service is responsive and very helpful. 10/10 recommend!
