We are overall pleased with the app and happy we have preorders! We have had some issues with the app (prob due to our website theme), but the team is so helpful and immediately fixes any issues for us.

I was struggling with a complicated pre order issue on my Shopify store, and he was able to fix it ultimately. Great communication, very patient, and knew exactly what he was doing. Everything is working perfectly now-highly recommend!

back in stock app is helpful for keeping customers engaged. they can sign up for alerts easily. sometimes the UI looks a bit outdated and i saw a small typo, but features work as expected. this app makes it easy to notify customers when items are available again. helps reduce missed sales. sometimes customization options are limited and i had to adjust manually, but still good.

Excellent pre-order app. Any time I have experience even the smallest issues, the chat team has helped resolve almost instantly. 10/10 would recommend.

BEST SUPPORT EVER!!! I have an old, very modified theme. Many challenges came with integration due to this. Support was right there from early to late answering questions and even troubleshooting theme code! I don't think I waited for more than 10 minutes for a response to a cold question and MUCH shorter times when a conversation was started. My issues were given to a new tech as the day went on but each new tech picked up right where the last left off. This is AMAZING!

I think the app is good! Not sure what other options are out there, but it takes all our preorders and customizes it
