This pre-order and back-in-stock app is not only reasonably priced and easy to set up. The support team is also incredibly responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.

Great app, and for our use-case, a must if you have several locations and need more granular BIS notifications per location and/or market. Saves our customers from receiving false alarm BIS alerts, and the support team has been nothing but a pleasure to work with!

For note: we are still learning all the features of this application. This review is specific to the Customer Service. Customer service has been phenomenal! From moving a button on our website. To activating the application on Shopify POS. They make it very painless to ask for assistance.

ATTENTION! This app lies about their DSGVO-conformity. Here it says they are DSGVO-compliant: https://apps.shopify.com/back-in-stock-restock-alerts/reviews?locale=de&ratings%5B%5D=1 But they are not!
Hi there! I'm Sandesh, one of the app's founders. Sincerely sorry for the negative experience here. One of our features includes adhering to GDPR compliance in EU - and that means you can require customers to verify their registration after signing up. Unfortuantely, this feature got translated into a phrase that made it seem like we are DSGVO compliant ourselves. The time and cost involved in getting this level of compliance is not in the reach of our small team, so we haven't been able to look into it yet. Regardless, that translation was incorred and I've removed it from our German app store listing. We've also renamed the feature inside the app to "Double opt-in" and removed any mention of GDPR compliance. I've also sent an email to you offering my help with setting up STOQ or with anything else to help you run your business.
