I had a great experience with this app. I initially had an issue on the back end, but Hassan was able to quickly assist and fix the issue.

Honestly, the customer service alone makes this app worth it. I had a bunch of requests, but Amna took the time to sort every single issue out. Super grateful for their help!

The customer service is worth the monthly fee for upgrading alone. It's an actual human who actually fixes things (shoutout Amna), not just directing you to some long FAQ site. Additionally, the service is very seamless for integration.

Great app and great customer service. Was easy enough to setup and use myself but there were a couple of positions on the site where I wasn't sure what I needed to tweak. Shashi was extremely helpful and I'd recommend the app for your store if you need to manage preorders or back in stocks.
