The app was easy to understand but unfortunately it required additional support to get it aligned on the product page which caused us to miss sales. I should have reached out sooner. When I did reach out to customer service, Hassan was incredibly helpful! He took care of the issues quickly, went above and beyond to help me with another unrelated issues and followed up to make sure everything went well. 10/10 for customer service.

We haven't had a chance to use the preorder function yet. The back in stock alert is working well and we like the option to only make it available on specific products.

Really easy app to use. Had a bit of trouble following some changes to the store and the support was available quickly and solved my issue in a few minutes, and explained the problem + solution

Update: customer service was able to fix the issue with my products showing notify me when available when they were available. App is working fine now thank you! Was working well but now it Glitches and is showing products that are in stock with a notify when available button on top of the add to cart button. It is misleading customers to think products are out of stock when they are not. I have reached out to customer service about this I hope they can resolve this.

Very easy and CS team is friendly! Only thing is I would love if they could allow us to customise it ourselves rather than having to keep going back to their team to ask! Other than that it is a very useful app, straightforward and easy to use and install.

we've had a few small glitches w the app but the team have been great about quick responses and have fixed everything. I'm not super tech savvy but I can find my way around and make changes as needed. So far this app is doing what we need - creating custom presales for specific products that are not in stock yet.
