I saw your 3-star review of STOQ come in, and I’m sincerely sorry you ran into difficulties navigating the app. I went through your conversation with my team, and I completely understand how that experience wasn’t ideal. The team could've done a better job in helping you with clear instructions, or better yet, just doing it for you. I think they missed the mark here, and I've had a word with them on being more proactive. I’ve also taken your feedback and made this much easier now, there’s a new checkbox directly in the main offers list, so you can quickly bulk select offers and enable or disable them in one go. This improvement exists because of your feedback, and I truly appreciate you taking the time to point it out.
