The app was easy to understand but unfortunately it required additional support to get it aligned on the product page which caused us to miss sales. I should have reached out sooner. When I did reach out to customer service, Hassan was incredibly helpful! He took care of the issues quickly, went above and beyond to help me with another unrelated issues and followed up to make sure everything went well. 10/10 for customer service.
