Excellent support!! This app is pretty easy to use but I needed help setting up and changing a few things. Hassan helped me and he was phenomenal- friendly too. There are so many options for preorders you can pretty much set it up any way you want and it's fairly self explanatory. Later, I had an issue with how the orders were feeding to our shipping software. Vishu helped me. It was not easy to figure out but he stuck with me until we got it fixed. It's Christmas Eve so very thankful for the quick and friendly support.
