Hey there! Sandesh here, one of STOQ's founders. Sorry to hear that things didn't work out well with us. I tried reaching out to you a few different times on chat to resolve this, but I didn't hear back. I'd greatly appreciate you replying to us so we can get you set up for your next preorder campaign. A couple of things here that I want to clarify - 1. "Does not consider inventory levels only from fulfilling locations" - this is incorrect, as STOQ has the exact settings needed to pull data from fulfillable locations. Unfortunately, it's not possible for us to get this data automatically from your store and it requires you to tell us which locations are configured for fulfillment. We can do a better job of surfacing those settings in-app as a part of setting up preorders and we'll make sure to do that. STOQ is designed, from the ground-up, to sell preorders worldwide with deep support for locations & markets. It's been a key area we've put a lot of attention in, and what sets us apart from everybody else. :) 2. "Support is spotty at best" - we offer support round the clock (24*7) and since the conversation was in a priority inbox just for us founders to check, I was not able to get back to you as soon as you reached out on chat on Friday night EST. The team is instructed to leave any high priority conversations to us as we try to offer the best possible support - unfortunately we are not able to do that round the clock. You reached out on a Friday evening when I was with family and I was only able to check next on Sunday morning soon as I was back at keyboard. I don't want to blame anyone; this is on us to have better escalation flows so you always get the right attention. We've already improved this significantly. I'd love to make this right since it seems like you are still using STOQ. I'd greatly appreciate the opportunity, and I look forward to hearing from you.
