The initial set up took some adjustment since we run a multi language store and we waned everything to be translated properly. The developer was willing to listen and managed to do everything we requested and even more. So now the app is doing everything what is says and the b onus: we did choose it for customers paying a deposit for a pre order. Back in stock notifications are included in this app so we actually could drop an app we were using for just only that. And actually it is better than our previous app: much better layout for the back in stock email notifications and sending a reminder as well. So overall there is nothing wrong with the app and the upport could not be better,
