honey & quill co review for Preorder, Back In Stock ‑ STOQ

I’ve only been using STOQ for a few days but as a business that does both pre-orders and regular orders, this was the perfect app to add to my store! The set up was smooth and easy, the check list they have built in walks you through the steps and they have a chat AI specifically for their app and when I ran into an issue, it was able to tell me what the issue was and I got it fixed within minutes. Additionally, someone from STOQ emailed me after that to ensure everything was working as I expected. Their customer service has been amazing and as someone who is not super techy and is very new to website building, I appreciate that there are real people I can reach out to for immediate help.
