Shashank was quick, clear, and easy to work with. He checked our DNS records, confirmed everything had been set up correctly, and explained the process in simple terms. He also suggested adding a small bell icon to the “Notify me” button, implemented it straight away, and waited for my approval before closing the task. Communication was fast and professional throughout. No chasing, no confusion, just solid support and a good result. Very happy with the service and support from Peppyduck.

Do not waste your time with other back-in-stock apps. Most are either overpriced or lack real customization. This app is fairly priced and offers features others don’t, like showing a notify button without forcing customers to click an out-of-stock size first. On top of that the customer service is next level.
