The support team for this app is excellent! We've used the free version for a few of our smaller seasonal campaigns and recently started using the paid version to handle our massive Christmas decor collection. We had a small issue with campaigns saving after a Shopify update but their support team was quick to diagnose and solve the issue. I've always got a near-instant response from a real person whenever I reach out. They've also been extremely helpful, offering to make edits to how the campaign appears on our site for us and even offering to divide our collections into smaller groups, since their campaigns can handle around 2,400 products but we were trying to add over 10,000 Christmas items. This help has been much appreciated as someone with limited time running a large website.

Amazing app, lets you set up pre-orders in just a few clicks. It has unlimited pre-orders as well and also tags your orders so you know which are pre-orders. When i needed questions answered, Tanya replied in minutes and was so helpful. I would recommend this app to everyone.

Have been using the app for a while now and works really well and defiantly encourages purchases. We wanted some custom coding doing to make the email template match our brand style. it was all done within a couple of days. Excellent work!

Would 100% recommend! Tried another very highly rated pre-order app and was disappointed when we realised we had to pay a monthly subscription so we tried this instead and it's fantastic! Customer Service was 10/10 and the app works perfectly in our online store.

It was pretty easy to get the preorder setup, but their friendly customer support was there the whole time pointing out where things were in the app or double checking that I had things set up correctly.

Good app, good customer service

Great app with excellent customer support We use this app primarily for the Preorder function, and it has been a great fit for what we need on our website. We did run into a couple of small issues, particularly with the Preorder button when switching between product variants, but the support team was incredibly helpful throughout the process. Their live support is responsive, approachable, and always willing to help. They took the time to understand the issue, worked with their development team to troubleshoot it, and followed up with us until the problem was resolved. Overall, we've had a very positive experience with Peppyduck. The app does what we need, and the level of customer support has been one of the biggest reasons we've been happy using it. I would definitely recommend giving it a try
