It was pretty easy to get the preorder setup, but their friendly customer support was there the whole time pointing out where things were in the app or double checking that I had things set up correctly.

Great app with excellent customer support We use this app primarily for the Preorder function, and it has been a great fit for what we need on our website. We did run into a couple of small issues, particularly with the Preorder button when switching between product variants, but the support team was incredibly helpful throughout the process. Their live support is responsive, approachable, and always willing to help. They took the time to understand the issue, worked with their development team to troubleshoot it, and followed up with us until the problem was resolved. Overall, we've had a very positive experience with Peppyduck. The app does what we need, and the level of customer support has been one of the biggest reasons we've been happy using it. I would definitely recommend giving it a try

Great app and excellent customer support! Their team actually reviewed my store, noticed a feature that could be improved, and reached out with a suggestion. They then improved the feature for me and made sure it worked well with my store. That extra effort was extremely helpful, and I really appreciate them taking the initiative to help. Highly recommend!
