While I had some challenges getting the Preorder and Notify Me installations in place when I first downloaded the app, Jignesh was very helpful. He was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He helped get both options in placed and made sure I was satisfied. Great customer service!

The support staff is top-notch. As soon as I setup the app a live person (not an AI bot!) was available on chat to help guide me through the process and answer any questions. They also noticed a setting that helped the app better integrate visually with my theme, and fixed it for me. We only use this app for pre-orders, but it will be our go-to.

Absolutely wonderful app, and their customer service is 10/10! This app works, and when I restock, I'm almost always guaranteed to get some sales! So it easily pays for itself.
