Shashank was quick, clear, and easy to work with. He checked our DNS records, confirmed everything had been set up correctly, and explained the process in simple terms. He also suggested adding a small bell icon to the “Notify me” button, implemented it straight away, and waited for my approval before closing the task. Communication was fast and professional throughout. No chasing, no confusion, just solid support and a good result. Very happy with the service and support from Peppyduck.

Do not waste your time with other back-in-stock apps. Most are either overpriced or lack real customization. This app is fairly priced and offers features others don’t, like showing a notify button without forcing customers to click an out-of-stock size first. On top of that the customer service is next level.

Great app with many useful features. I set up the basic free version, which works well for my needs so far. There are many hidden features and exciting upcoming ones. Even though I’m on the free version, when I chatted with Shashank, he was very respectful and supportive. I respect their effort.

After installing the app, for some reason I had two checkout buttons. I contacted chat support and they resolved my issue within 10 mins. Fast & responsive. Now I can sell pre-orders smoothly! Thx

Not only I am super happy with the app (after lots of research on the best free app for the occasion) but when I panicked over a situation I caused when testing, Srajan was there for me to resolve it in 5 minutes - a big Thank you to the whole team.

I needed help with setting up pre-order for the first time, and was assisted via chat immediately. This was great to have live support so I could post my pre-order special on social media right away. The app works as it should and there are exciting new features that get released soon. BONUS: After confirming that my pre-order was active, Shashank noticed the popup did not match my theme's color scheme and corrected it for me. WOW!

The app and the customer service is exceptional. Any issues or concerns you have are immediately addressed and fixed as early as possible. Highly recommend to anyone looking to install an app like this.
