It's super easy to set up. The customer service is so amazing, they reach out and give tips and the advice is really great and helpful. The first day, I only set up product waitlists, today I set up Preorders and it was extremely simple. It really only took 1 minute and that's including the reading I had to do!! Amazing App and amazing and talented people behind it. I am currently using the free settings but I may upgrade in the future once it is more worth it. Thank you!
