Excellent customer service and very responsive. They even reached out to me to fix the size of the 'notification box' to ensure that it was on-brand. Most importantly, in just a few days this app has allowed to capture dozens of emails of those interested in my out-of-stock products. So glad I added it to my shopify store!

I have just signed up for PeppyDuck and I couldn't be more pleased with this decision! Harshil was amazing; he was only a click away if I needed anything, and me being a novice to most things technical... Harshil was really needed. He gave me great advice and when I got stumped, he walked me through the process step-by-step. If you're a small business starting out or an already established business shopping around, I'd highly recommend PeppyDuck!!

So easy to use and set up your brand feel and voice! I feel this is an important part to capture these sales to target market back to when your product is back in stock! One important thing to a store owner is the support side is so quick, there to help with anything. Thankyou guys super happy.

We recently installed the app and are still testing it. If the service is not accepted by our customers, then it is certainly not due to the app: it is super easy to set up and the support team did do what we couldn't do ourselves in no time at all. Srajan even proactively suggests what can be improved. 100% recommendation from us!

The team are so lovely, helpful and accomodating. They don't currently have weekly automatic stat updates but have told me they now plan to add this.
