For the longest time (almost 5 years) we would only use Email, Push, and SMS for Back in Stock alerts using another app. Principally as a brand we don't relate to WhatsApp promotional marketing but we always kept an open mind for transactional, contextual messaging through the channel. Peppyduck's app for back in stock alerts came highly recommended by Quirksmith, a good friend of Headphone Zone and therefore we decided to take it for a spin. Harshil, the app's creator is a delight to work with and was very accommodating to our customisation requests as well as a huge support during our pricing discussions. Reviewing this app after a month’s interaction and really impressed. This app provides a new way to notify your customers timely regarding your products are back in stock. We know the conventional methods of Email and SMS are outdated and don’t meet the requirements of the fast-growing e-commerce industry. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, and the app is very responsive. The app has a lot of great features that make it stand out from other similar apps available at Shopify store. We've been using Back in Stock: Whatsapp Alerts for over a month now. Prior to this we used email notifications for back in stock alerts. Our conversions with whatsapp alerts are 4X that of email notifications. We're super thrilled to finally have a solution to capture this high intent audience in a far more effective manner.
