I have tested the app in a sandbox store, but my store is a custom theme, so I had a few issues at the beginning, but Harshil did all the needed for the APP to be functional, so, I can guarantee that the support and the APP are really incredible!

Reviewing this app after a month’s interaction and really impressed. This app provides a new way to notify your customers timely regarding your products are back in stock. We know the conventional methods of Email and SMS are outdated and don’t meet the requirements of the fast-growing e-commerce industry. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, and the app is very responsive. The app has a lot of great features that make it stand out from other similar apps available at Shopify store. One thing I really appreciate is the ability to customize the settings to fit my needs. We've been using Back in Stock: Whatsapp Alerts for over a month now. Prior to this we used email notifications for back in stock alerts. Our conversions with whatsapp alerts are 4X that of email notifications. We're super thrilled to finally have a solution to capture this high intent audience in a far more effective manner.
