The best solution I’ve ever tried! Super easy to install with nothing complicated at all. The app works perfectly and does exactly what I need. Love that it's real human support — friendly, professional, and guiding me step by step through the setup. I’m very happy I found this app and decided to install it. Highly recommended!

Super easy to use and works flawlessly! The app not only sends notifications but also provides clear reports on which products have the most people waiting, plus an automated email sequence with both notification and reminder messages. What’s even better is that it also supports WhatsApp notifications, which adds an extra layer of convenience. The whole installation and setup took maybe 5 minutes. The support team is amazing — they reached out to me proactively, letting me know the app was running fine but suggested improving the look by moving the notification button and rounding its corners to better match my store’s design. And then they just did it for me! Absolutely excellent app and service. 5/5

Outstanding Pre-Order App and Exceptional Support PeppyDuck has been an excellent addition to my Shopify store. Service was exceptionally great! Didnt expect such 1:1 service from just downloading an app needed for shopify. Jignesh from Peppyduck prompted me right when the app has been downloaded and assisted in all that he can to get the app working right. Replies are almost instant!
