Not only I am super happy with the app (after lots of research on the best free app for the occasion) but when I panicked over a situation I caused when testing, Srajan was there for me to resolve it in 5 minutes - a big Thank you to the whole team.

I needed help with setting up pre-order for the first time, and was assisted via chat immediately. This was great to have live support so I could post my pre-order special on social media right away. The app works as it should and there are exciting new features that get released soon. BONUS: After confirming that my pre-order was active, Shashank noticed the popup did not match my theme's color scheme and corrected it for me. WOW!

This app is easy to set up and use, and the customer service is great. Their onboarding flow was extremely user-friendly and easy to navigate. I connected with Shashank during the setup process with a couple questions and he was friendly, helpful, and efficient.
