The app is very easy to set up and use. It is incredibly simple for customers to understand how to use it. We have thousands of T-Shirts and sometimes a particular variant is out of stock but the other sizes are in stock. The app was only showing items that were out of stock for all variants. We reached out to Matt about setting up an out of stock for one size of a T-shirt. He responded incredibly fast! I sent an email at 2:09pm he responded by 2:17pm. We exchanged a few emails and by 4:37pm he had the code integrated into the site for us. AMAZING Customer support. He offered great suggestions. If you are looking for an out of stock app pay your money to Back in Stock and call it a day you will not regret it.
