I'm happy with the function of the app, and the price is fair for what it does. I needed some support and ask the support team for assistance with activating the app embed in a new theme we used, and bang! After I got back from lunch, it was done. So I'm overall happy with this app and would recommend it. Leslie Hernandez was the support staff that helped.

We've been using Back in Stock for years and it's been wonderful for our remarketing of products once they come back in Stock. Huge revenue implications for reprints of sold-out designs. We have this app on 20 of our stores- truly crucial to our operations... The new native embed app in the Shopify Admin has been a nice change. I've reached out to support a handful of times to bulk archive products and they were SUPER responsive to each request. Manny was great this time, top notch!

Great App

Back in Stock works great & integrates easily into Shopify. It's a great resource to notify customers when items that our out of stock are restocked & looks clean on the website. The Back in Stock team is quick to respond to customer inquiries and respond quickly to the Chat Feature. Thank you Leslie for helping update our theme to make it look cleaner online.

Great app and most great support. I had an issue and after a few emails which were answered immediately, the problem was solved.
