The app has been very useful to our business. Some time ago it stopped working as it wasn't sending out the notifications that something was back in stock but I didn't really chase it up too hard. This week I got the team onto it and they were very responsive and found what was a very simple fix that I hadn't noticed. Nirali in particular was very helpful

Whatever you do, don't even think about downloading this app. You can't manage anything on your own; you need a customer representative for everything, but there aren't even any to contact. I send emails, and they only respond after three days. It's truly awful. Please don't waste your time using this app.

This app has done wonders in connecting our brand managers to our customer demand. We recently encountered an anomaly and reached out to their live chat assistant for advice and a possible explanation as to why our alerts were appearing more frequently. I was connected to Leslie H and her attentiveness and personable approach gave me all the answers I was looking for - She even explained things a couple of times over just so I made sure I understood!
