This app has done wonders in connecting our brand managers to our customer demand. We recently encountered an anomaly and reached out to their live chat assistant for advice and a possible explanation as to why our alerts were appearing more frequently. I was connected to Leslie H and her attentiveness and personable approach gave me all the answers I was looking for - She even explained things a couple of times over just so I made sure I understood! Exceptional customer service and a pleasure chatting to!

I didn't have to wait 24 hours for a reply, I didn't have to go through an AI chat bot, I immediately got the help I needed and within 10 minutes Manny had fixed the problem! Excellent CS team

I'm happy with the function of the app, and the price is fair for what it does. I needed some support and ask the support team for assistance with activating the app embed in a new theme we used, and bang! After I got back from lunch, it was done. So I'm overall happy with this app and would recommend it. Leslie Hernandez was the support staff that helped.
We've been using Back in Stock for years and it's been wonderful for our remarketing of products once they come back in Stock. Huge revenue implications for reprints of sold-out designs. We have this app on 20 of our stores- truly crucial to our operations... The new native embed app in the Shopify Admin has been a nice change. I've reached out to support a handful of times to bulk archive products and they were SUPER responsive to each request. Manny was great this time, top notch!

Manny from Back in Stock is super helpful for answering questions and making sure things are running smoothly. 5 stars for Manny! 4 stars for the app- occasionally notifications do not fire automatically which prompts contacting customer service.
