We believe it’s important for customers to make this decision themselves, rather than upgrading plans automatically. This ensures that charges are always transparent and within the customer’s control. At the same time, we kindly ask that customers upgrade when requested, as this helps maintain fairness for all users. We regret that this process didn’t meet your expectations, and we’re actively working to improve how we communicate these situations in the future.
