I want my refund GLAMOUR STORE
Hi Shahzaib, BackupMaster includes a 7-day free trial. As the app remained installed beyond the trial period, the subscription charge was applied. A full refund has now been issued and confirmed by Shopify. Refunds are processed by Shopify and the customer’s bank and may take a few business days to appear on the statement.

This is a great app, easy to use and the customer service is great. I made some changes to my theme and CSS by mistake. I needed to revert to a previous version of my store and I wasn't sure how to do this. The customer service person (Alex) was really patient and guided me through the process and I got back to my previous "perfect" version in no time! I'm so glad I got this app, peace of mind is wonderful, for when things might go wrong :-)
