DitroniX review for BackupMaster Backups

Would like a backup solution that backs up everything, including files. Noted a previous comment about 'Unfortunately, Shopify doesn't allow access to "Files" in the Shopify settings. As a result, we can't back them up. However, we will start backing them up if Shopify opens access to this section.' The question is, has this been resolved and allow the ability to backup and restore media files.
