Excellent support and a reliable backup app.
It seems to do the job. I would say that the bare minimum nowadays is to have control over your backups, upload it to an external site using SFTP, and that comes with an excessive price tag. There are some other apps covering a second store for free, while this is with additional payment. I would also ask them to include additional languages for people not speaking English or German, or the ability to not store any of our store data in their premises. Another suggestion would be to be able to define retention and trigger on demand backups when you know you are about to do changes that can break stuff. Having said that, I believe it is going in the right direction
