Good app, not issues what so ever. Have not needed to restore so wonder if all crashes how do I find the backup again

Easy to install and great customer support who checked in after installation to help check functionality and settings to make sure we were properly set up. Just what we needed. Hopefully will never have to use but better to be safe. Highly recommend this app!

This app is great. It's quick and easy to install and works perfectly. It just got me out of a real jam. Highly recommended.
This is the best backup for Shopify stores. We have extensively tested apps, and there is no comparison at any price. We used Rewind for 5 years and the features AND fast customer service for BackupMaster are superior. BackupMaster gives you access to way more store data than any other app, including metafield data. Absolutely fantastic app! A++++
I was previously using Rewind but Backup Master is more comprehensive, backing up more elements, has a much better user interface and excellent customer support. I think it's the best backup app out there for Shopify.

Excellent App! Would highly recommend. We are new to Shopify and working on setting up our store. We had not given any thought to back-ups as we were not sure how it was handled by Shopify however, when we learned that Shopify does not back-up any stores, we immediately searched out for a back-up app and happily found BackupMaster. This app is so easy to use and the restore function works like a charm! Daily back-ups are performed automatically, and a weekly email of our automatic back-ups sent to us. I made a programming mistake and needed a full backup. I let the backup run overnight and, before I realized that there was a problem, they contacted me to say they were working to fix it. Some items had not been restored properly. They worked diligently and quickly to resolve the problems to my satisfaction.
