Simply the best backup app. She saved my site, the customer support is just incredible, attentive, and the import of backups is the most efficient I have tested.

We have not had to use any features for restoring previous versions yet, but so far this has been really easy to set up and customer service has been excellent. They even emailed to let us know that we could choose a new cheaper plan (our store isn't open yet so we're not taking any orders at the moment) which was good of them I think.

Came across this app when we updated a theme and it caused our site to fail. We realised we would need a backup service who could quickly restore a last known good version of the site quickly and easily, backup master provide this and first rate support from our manager Marina, would highly recommend

only a few days into it, but it has some great features for selective restore and the UX is straightforward and logical, Great support so far too!

If I would have known your product before I would have been very grateful. Because I had a data crash right after an addon installation and then I had to start from scratch. I‘ve decided your addon in case of low maintenance costs, because I need to earn money first to be able to proceed to spend more. So far so good, the app is working as I had hoped it would. I have only had it installed for about a week now. Marina is my Support Manager and she has been great in reaching out and offering to help me but the software has been intuitive so far. I would highly recommend it.

Excellent backup app with proactive customer support. I was just installing and customer support contacted me just to ensure all was well. So far it’s backing up as scheduled. Having worked in IT and Information Security for 30 years, one of the foundations of security is a good backup system.

I decided to get this app because I have put a lot of time into migrating my shop to shopify and it will save my sanity if anything goes wrong. You don't really know how important a backup is until you need it. This app was really easy to set up. It ran in the background once I had gone through the initial start. You can choose the timing of your daily backup and you also have the option to backup before you make any major changes which is helpful when making changes to the theme code. The customer service has been excellent, prompt, and helpful.

Setup was quick and easy, and when we had a billing question, customer support was quick to respond and help resolve the issue. The user interface is clean and simple, and feels like a native feature that is already built-in to Shopify. Overall, a very good app that gives other backup services a run for their money at a competitive price. Highly recommended!
