In the past I used the app to backup and restore religiously. I took it out at one point to save money, a decision I regretted deeply later, as I managed to damage my store by erasing hundreds of images using "Files" in the Shopify settings. I had to restore image by image one by one. Running a proper backup with the ability to restore is a no brainer and the app works as it should with granularity. I'm never taking the app off anymore and when I reinstalled it I got really nice service from Marina.

Please note that our app can backup the following items: Products and Product Images Orders Customers Themes Pages Blogs Custom collections Smart collections Locations Saved Searches Policies Shipping zones Metafields Unfortunately, Shopify doesn't allow access to "Files" in the Shopify settings. Backups is very simple but I like it. It's very easy to understand and it delivers on its promise very well! I'm looking forward to it adding new possible features down the road too. Their customer support is also superb! Shoutout to Marina and the tech team for being so accommodating to my needs to coming up with creative solutions for me. As for additional context, I had tried another backup app before I settled on BackupMaster.io. Very happy with my decision.

Great cost efficient app from a number of Shopify backups. It has no impact on site speed and runs nicely in the background. Would highly recommend.

Has truly saved us multiple times - incredible safety feature. Highly recommend. Backups can be restored in such specific and important ways that you always are able to have an oversight of your e-comm platform. 10/10

This is one of the apps you will always need. I had the other Backup app that was super confusing and super expensive. This one does the job and has saved me a ton on getting my site backed up.

Its working good so far. I have no complains. it backup everything in my store and the starter package price not bad too.

I needed to restore 7 products that were accidently deleted when we removed an app, Backup came through and allowed us to restore all of them very quickly.

Great app but I wish you could RESTORE entire collections or RESTORE multiple products at 1 time. Or search by tag and restore a group of products in bulk.

I got this app for the obvious back-up ability not knowing much about it. The trial expired and we kept it going. (pretty good price) Today I accidentally deleted a page within our site. It would have been a lengthy process to recover through google cache. Instead, I was able to recover my page with just a couple clicks from this app. Made my life much easier and saved me a lot of time! Thanks!!
