Excellent app, fulfill all my needs. A little tricky to get my printer working at the start but the support team were outstanding in sorting that via a screen share, genuinely. Very happy.

What an amazing support team. I was hesitant to start the chat as you do not get decent service nowadays. However I had no choice. within minutes my problem was solved. Ivy was on top of my issue. she quickly assisted in creating a label linked to my account specifically and stayed online while a ran test prints. I also need to add the patience, friendliness and attitude was top notch. Keep it up and your team will succeed.. Thank you!!

Took a little while to work out but once I did it was great. I used the inbuilt chat support and they were fantastic!

I needed to set up my naughty printer to print labels nice and neat. The help was quick and excellent, even though I hit the time when shifts were changing. Great job team :-)

I had trouble with my printer settings, and Monica remotely fixed the problem for me and made sure I was able to successfully complete the tasks on my own. Her help was greatly appreciated and made it super easy for me to use this app to print barcodes for my boutique. Highly recommend!!

I installed this app, but had a small problem getting it quite right. Connected to MS Barcode by chat line with Li who spent a lot of time to fix. Connected to my computer to fix the settings and the app works exactly how I expected it to. I have found it hard to get help with most Shopify apps Thanks Li 5 stars

They have a great customer service, anytime you need help the chat is always there. Any of my questions were answered and that greatly helped our store achieve an easier flow.

è un app davvero completa, ti fornisce supporto anche sulla codifica dell'anagrafica per cui facilita i collegamenti degli stock e multistores. Possiede alti livelli di customizzazione. Supporto molto disponibile e con conversazioni molto fluide dopo la prima attesa. Grazie
