Wowza! Can't say enough about the customer service I received from Ivy and the team. I had an older Zebra printer using 2up 1x1 labels on a roll. A custom label format was created for us and settings were changed using Helpwire all by this great team. I highly recommend this app.

my agent was kind and helpful and walked me through the process. my only complaint was that they seemed to handling multiple clients at the same time so the wait was really long between messages.

la app funciona perfectamente, lo que mas me gusta es que puedes personalizar las etiquetas a tus necesidades, generar sku y codigos de barra, la calidad de la impresion es excelente. Tienen excelente soporte, Ivy soluciono todas mis dudas de forma rapida clara y configuro por mi la etiqueta que necesitaba

The support for MS Barcode is exceptional. Immediate response, hands-on assistance, and positive support. I strongly recommend this app, not just for the ease of use (significantly better than our previous experience with printing on Stocky), but for the excellent support.

Customer Service was very fast to respond. They were eager to help resolve a few concerns I had and stayed active in email and chat until I was able to confirm that the issue was resolved.

Outstanding customer service! Live chat without a chat with a bot first. Ivy was so helpful, knowledgeable and very responsive. The app is extremely user friendly and has given me the ability to print various labels other than just barcode labels. Such a time saver! I highly recommend this app!

The app is amazing and the team is even more amazing. They spent quite a bit of time creating a template for my specific labels and then helping to perfect the spacing. I am so happy with this app, with my product labels and the support team!
