The customer support is excellent. Both Aurora and Ivy were knowledgeable and patient. They worked with me over a couple of days and remembered all the details.

I love the app so far . And the tech support is amazing they helped me get my margins correct for two or three days but they got them perfect.

Having custom scannable barcodes for use on the Shopify POS app have been a game changer for us, and having Magestore has been an integral part of that. We had some issues setting up but their customer support were amazing at iron out the kinks quickly and getting us going. Really great, responsive customer support team, and surprisingly good with implementing customer feedback on their updates.

Very happy with the app, the support is great, response time is generally excellent and they listen to feedback. We had issues in the beginning but they addressed it quickly, and the new pricing plans are flexible and good.

Great app to generate Barcodes. Tested few others, this was the simplest. We had some unique issues on their backend but they promptly addressed the issues and developed a fix overnight.

This app is very helpful and useful for printing out barcodes. Had a small issue, but the staff was very friendly and able to fix my problem. Highly recommend!

Easier to manage and understand. Great quality due to the options of how to apply barcodes. However, I'm irritated by the continued pop up after I have already rated this app multiple times.

The Magestore Barcode Printer for Shopify is an excellent tool for streamlining inventory management and improving operational efficiency. The setup process was made incredibly simple and smooth thanks to Aurora, who assisted us through every technical issue with ease. Additionally, Magestore's POS system is impressive—it's user-friendly and highly functional. Special thanks to Lilly for her informative demo and seamless onboarding assistance. Overall, a highly recommended solution for any Shopify store.

Aurora is amazing!! I was super frustrated and could not understand why my prints were coming out incorrect. She took the time out of her holiday to video chat with me and fix it. AMAZING!!

amazing customer service! i sent an inquiry and aurora scheduled a video chat to make sure this app would fulfill my needs. her and sophie answered all of my questions and even took the time to review backend sites on my store to make sure their app would be suitable. highly recommend this app!

Simple to the point app! Would love to see a few more options; allow for the product type to be used in generation, and coding type selection. Overall great app!
